Spa Drain & Refill
We will:
- Treat existing water with extensive pipe cleaner, and allow it to run through all plumbing lines
- Place spa filter in de-greasing cleaning solution
- Drain spa using high speed pump
- Remove all remaining water with vacuum
- Wipe-down of spa shell with cleanser
- Fill spa with fresh water
- Clean spa cover and apply conditioner
- Rinse and re-install filters
- Test and balance spa water with our chemicals on-board
$225 +taxes
Pool Opening
We will:
- Remove + wash winter cover (additional charge)
- Prepare equipment for opening
- Re-install accessories (ladders etc.)
- Re-install return fittings, deck jets, etc.
- Prime pump and start system
- Check for any visible leaks in equipment area
- Supply/add basic opening chemicals
- Replace/supply any missing or damaged plugs etc
- Place winter plugs in clearly marked bag
$175-$275 +taxes
Pool will need to be filled to normal operational level, contact us if you need help with this
Pool Closing
We will:
- Remove all accessories (ladders etc.) from the pool
- Prepare pool for blow-out of plumbing lines
- Blow out all remaining water from plumbing lines and equipment
- Add winterization chemicals
- Plug all lines
- Place all equip. plugs, returns etc in clearly marked bag
- Install winter cover (additional charge)
- Replace/supply any winter plugs if needed
$225-$275 +taxes
Pool will need to be drained to winterization level, contact us if you need help with this
Spa "Deluxe" Maintenance
Just enjoy your spa! Let us take care of the rest!
We will:
- Perform 5-test water chemistry analysis
- Balance water + supply chemicals as needed
- Rinse Spa filter
- Check the spa equipment for proper operation
- Skim-net-brush-vacuum-scrub as needed to keep Spa clean
- Keep you aware of any mechanical or chemical problems that may arise.
- Shovel snow to provide walk-way to spa
